Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the husband of the deceased is in custody. He submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. She submits that the investigation is yet to be concluded. Considering the postmortem report particularly the nature of injury and the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
