The petitioner submits that the name of the company being the petitioner herein has been changed from ATC TELECOM INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED to ELEVAR DIGITEL INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED with effect from 17.10.2014. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of the change of name has been handed up and is kept on record. The petitioner is directed to amend the cause title in course of today. The petitioner prays for withdrawal of the said writ petition since issue involved in the matter has lost its force. The agreement entered in between the petitioner and the land owners for the purpose of

installation and operations of mobile phone tower and related equipment of the premises situated at MouzaLakskarpur, Block-Sonarpur, L.R. Dag No.-2541 & 2543, being Holding No.195, Dakshin Laskarpur, Peyara Bagan, within the limits of Ward no. 31 of the Rajpur-Sonarpur municipality, under P.S.- Sonarpur, DistrictPGN(S) has been terminated on 26.02.2024. A copy of such letter of termination of agreement dated 26.02.2024 is kept on record. The learned Counsel for the petitioner files the instruction of her client to withdraw the said matter. The said instruction is kept on record.

In view of the above, the matter is dismissed as withdrawn.
