Since the petitioner appearing in person seeks expeditious disposal of the Narazi petition filed by him before the learned trial Court, the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite parties. The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the matter.

It appears from the petitioner lodged a complaint against the private opposite parties under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code which was registered as G.R. case no. 2504 of 2023 and upon conclusion of investigation, a final report was submitted. The petitioner filed a Narazi petition before the learned Court on 1st November, 2023 and hearing of the petition was concluded on 4th December, 2023. No order has been passed by the learned Court till date. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the Narazi petition.

Since hearing of the petition was concluded on 4th December, 2023, the learned trial Court, being the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magisrtrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas, is directed to dispose of the petition by a reasoned order within the next date fixed before him.

With the aforesaid directions, CRR 2488 of 2024 disposed of.
