The plaintiffs in a suit for declaration of title being Title Suit No. 17478 of 2014 pending before the 5th Court of learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division) at Alipore, District - 24 Parganas (South) are the petitioners of the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The petitioners are praying with a direction upon the learned trial Judge for expeditious disposal of an application filed by them for mandatory injunction. The said application since was filed only on January 08, 2021. The direction as prayed for at this stage is not warranted. However, in view of the nature of the application, it is expected that the learned trial Judge shall make all endeavour to dispose of the said application expeditiously.

C.O. 1775 of 2021 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
