The present revision of the year 2019 arises out of a judgment and order dated 15th March, 2018 in a proceeding under the Domestic Violence Act granting interim maintenance passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-III, Howrah in Criminal Appeal No. 69 of 2017. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
