2. The petitioners are aggrieved by the steps taken by the bank to recover the loan amount under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

3. According to Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, any person aggrieved by any step taken by the secured creditor to recover the secured asset ought to approach the statutory forum for remedy.

4. It will open for the petitioner to avail the said remedy.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
