And In Re : Rajat Karmakar ...... petitioner Ms. Karabi Roy ....for the petitioner Ms. Zareen N. Khan Mr. Ashok Das ....for the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the order dated December 4, 2020 passed in CRM 9750 of 2020.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, she was not aware of such fact at the time of filing the application.

In such circumstances, she seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner was taken into custody yesterday i.e. on July 14, 2022.
