Petitioner approached this court as his representation dated 10.04.2024 addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Domjur Police Station and 16.04.2024 addressed to the Commissioner of Police, Howrah did not yield any result.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that in respect of the information furnished by the petitioner Domjur PS Case No. 323/2024 dated 27.04.2024 was registered for investigation and on completion of

investigation charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Having considered that the purpose for which the petitioner approached this court has been subserved, I am of the view that further directions in the writ petition is unwarranted.

Debabrata Ray, learned advocate appears on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 to 6. Copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner as well as the respondent.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16076 of 2024 is disposed of.
