It appears that due to typographical mistake, some errors has cropped up in the order dated September 1, 2022 which are rectified as follows:- i) The name of the learned advocate appearing for the opposite party shall be written as 'Ms. Writi De' in place of 'Mr. Oindrila Ghosh';

ii) In the third line of the second paragraph of the said order, 'Title Suit'

be replaced by 'Matrimonial Suit';

iii) In the last but one line of the fourth paragraph, the spelling of the 'school' be read as 'school' instead of 'shool';

iv) In the second paragraph of the second page of the order, the name of the advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party be written as 'Ms. Writi De' in place of 'Ms. Oindrila Ghosh'; v) In the second line of the fourth paragraph of the second page of the order, 'District Judge,

Alipore' be substituted by 'District Judge, Barasat'; and vi) In the second line of the fifth paragraph, the word 'Alipore' be replaced by 'Barasat'.

Let the same be treated as part of the order dated September 1, 2022. Rest of the order dated September 1, 2022 remains unaltered.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
