The grievance of the petitioners is directed against recovery of excess payment made to the petitioners. It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that the respondent authorities have wrongfully and without authority of law made deductions from their salaries.

The principal grievance of the petitioners is directed against non-disclosure of details with regard to the disbursement made to the petitioners insofar as outstanding arrears and deductions are concerned.

Pursuant the an earlier order of Court, the respondent authorities have furnished all related information and full details in connection with the names of the particular employees as sought for by the petitioners.

In view of the above exercise being completed and the respondent authorities having furnished all the particulars to the petitioners, no purpose would be served in proceeding with this writ petition any further.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition in accordance with law after ascertaining and examining the necessary particulars as furnished above if so advised. With the above directions, WPA No. 15024 of 2023 stands disposed of.
