Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the concerned police station on or about 22.05.2025 no steps have been taken by the police authorities.
State has submitted a report. Report reflects that initially there was an issue relating to a tragic death of the elder brother's wife of the petitioner and consequently FIR was lodged. According to the State the present information which has been furnished is a way of shielding the progress of the criminal case and for settling scores, as such police authorities have restrained themselves.
Having regard to the fact that the petitioner complains that their property was vandalized and they have suffered, in case petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the police authorities, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) of the
BNSS. Learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain after conducting an enquiry and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper upon the police authorities.
With the aforesaid observations WPA 14956 of 2025 is disposed of.
Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
