Petitioner has approached this Court as the information which was submitted with Mollarpur Police Station was not responded properly.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Mollarpur Police Station Case No.125 of 2024 dated 06.06.2024 was registered on the basis of the information furnished by and on behalf of the petitioner. Another case being Mollarpur Police Station Case No.126 of 2024 dated 06.06.2024 was registered against the present petitioner.

Having considered that the police authorities were in seisin of the issue and had taken steps, I am of the view that in case the investigation has not been completed, police authorities would within a reasonable period of time, take the investigation to its logical conclusion. In the alternative, if the investigation has already been completed and the petitioner is aggrieved by the act and action of the

police authorities, he would prefer appropriate application before the learned Magistrate which the learned Magistrate will consider in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16055 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
