1. This application has been taken out for modification of the order dated July 4, 2024, whereby the petitioner was granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench.

2. One of the conditions for granting bail was that he must furnish a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two registered sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local.

3. The petitioner says that he is unable to find registered sureties. However, he is in a position to furnish two local sureties.

4. Report filed by the State be kept with the records.

5. Learned advocate for the State has left the matter to the discretion of the Court.

6. It appears that in spite of having been granted bail on July 4, 2024, the petitioner has not been able to take advantage of the same.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we modify the order dated July 4, 2024, by allowing the petitioner to furnish two local sureties instead of two registered sureties.
