1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of GR(S) Case No.579 of 2024 also written as G.R.579/2024 arising out Shakespeare Sarani Police Station Case No.96 of 2024 dated June 20, 2024 under Sections 341/354/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the Court of the Learned 4th Judicial Magistrate at Calcutta.

2. It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner that a Naraji application dated 27.08.2024 is still pending adjudication and the Learned Magistrate has directed that the accused's petition dated 25.02.2025 is also to be considered.

3. Considering the said facts, and as the revisional application is being disposed of, Ms. Pushpita Saha an

empanelled lawyer of the State of West Bengal along with the Learned Public Prosecutor are to be appointed to represent the State. Their appointment to be regularized by the appropriate authority.

4. Considering the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Learned Magistrate being the 4th, Judicial Magistrate, Kolkata, shall hear and dispose of the application dated 27.08.2025 along with the application filed by the accused dated 25.02.2025 within 60 days from the date of communication of this order.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merit of the case.

6. CRR 2893 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
