Learned trial court is directed to proceed with the stage of the consideration of charge and complete the evidence of the victim girl by 30th September, 2022.

No unnecessary adjournments should be granted to either of the parties and if the Public Prosecutor intends to examine any witness prior to the victim girl being examined, schedule should be fixed accordingly in coordination with the court. As such, the application for bail of the petitioners for the present is dismissed. Petitioners would be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim girl is over.

Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (SB) 168 of 2022 is disposed of.
