Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the case has progressed and the revisional application was filed challenging the order dated 27.04.2012 wherein order was passed under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure pursuant to which Singur Police Station case no. 73 of 2012 was registered. On completion of investigation charge sheet has already been submitted.

In view of the changed circumstances and the fact that the petitioners are participating in the proceeding before the learned trial court, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this stage.

Accordingly, CRR 2174 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, consequentially stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
