The State of West Bengal and others Mr. Nurul Islam Khan ...for the petitioner.

It is rightly pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the penultimate paragraph of the second page of the order dated August 1, 2022, it was transcribed due to bona fide mistake, "have his vehicle released".

However, the said phrase in the said order shall be read as "have the documents relating to his vehicle released."

Let this order be deemed to be a part of the order dated August 1, 2022.
