The learned advocate for the State has submitted a report through the Officer-in-Charge, Liluah Police Station, HPC dated 25.09.2021 along with a copy of the judgment dated 23.03.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 4th Court, Howrah in Misc. Case No. 253/2011 arising out of Liluah Police Station Case No. 16/2011. Let the said report and copy of the judgment be kept on record.

It appears that the aforesaid matter is pending before the trial court had been challenged under Revision and the impugned order dated 18.04.2015 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah was affirmed.

Under such circumstances, the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the department for immediate compliance.
