Mr. Arnab Mukherjee, learned advocate-on-record is present on behalf of the petitioner and submits that the proceeding in connection with G.R. Case No. 266 of 2015 arising out of Darjeeling Sadar Police Station Case No 115 of 2015 dated 15.07.2015 under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Darjeeling is almost complete and the trial of the case is about to complete. It is further submitted that stay was not extended after October, 2018 which was promulgated by the order dated 21.12.2018.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate-on-record inclines to not press the revisional application.

Thus, being the position, the revisional application stands dismissed being not pressed.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. 5.
