The present revisional application has been preferred against the impugned order dated 14.03.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Serampore, Hooghly, in G.R. Case No. 1012 of 2016, arising out of FIR being Uttarpara P.S. Case No. 251 of 2016 dated 11.05.2016 under Sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code, whereby rejecting an application subsequently made under Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C.

for further and/or reinvestigation for non-compliance of Section 161 of Cr.P.C. by the concerned I.O. ASI of Uttarpara P.S. Considering the submissions made by the petitioner and considering the materials on record, the present revisional application is disposed of as 'withdrawn'.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
