The revisional application was preferred in connection with order dated 02.05.2012 passed by the Court of the learned Executive Magistrate, 1st Court, Hooghly in M.P. Case No.529 of 2012 under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Having regard to the time constraints available under the said provisions, I am of the view that the proceedings before the Learned Executive Magistrate has become infructuous. Consequently, CRR 2180 of 2012 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
