1. In the judgment and order dated September 9, 2025, in paragraph no. 82, it was erroneously recorded that CAN 1 of 2025 was "dismissed";

whereas the same was intended to be disposed of.

2. Accordingly, paragraph no. 82 of the judgment should be read as follows :

" As a consequence, CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of."
