Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the representation dated 06.07.2022 has already been filed before the respondent No.8, but the same has not been decided till now.

Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that there is no objection in considering the petitioner's representation within the time bound period.

Hence, without entering into the merits of the controversy at this stage, we dispose of the present petition directing the respondent No.8 to duly consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2022 in

WPA (P) 307 of 2022 accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
