Nilima Bandhu Mr. Atanu Biswas Mr. Mrinal Saha ..for the petitioner The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 7th July, 2025 the copy of the civil revisional application was forwarded to the opposite party. However, this registered envelope addressed to the opposite party returned with the remark "deceased".

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that through inadvertence deceased party was impleaded and he prays for leave to withdraw the civil revisional application with liberty to file afresh on the self case cause of action.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. 2400 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the self same cause of action. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
