Both the petitioner and the alleged contemnors are represented by their respective learned advocates. 2.

Learned advocate for the alleged contemnors has handed over some photocopies of the documents showing disbursement of interest in favour of the writ petitioner as has been directed to be paid by this Court as well as by the Division Bench of this Court while modifying the rate of interest as awarded by this Court in WPA 16083 of 2021.

Learned advocate for the writ petitioner submits that he has received instruction that his client has received the entire money from the alleged contemnors and the writ petitioner has got no dues pursuant to the judgment as passed in WPA 16083 of 2021.

In view of such, the contempt application being CPAN 169 of 2024 is disposed of towards full satisfaction of the writ petitioner.
