At the time of call Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that he has made best endeavour to obtain instructions however, till date no instruction has been provided. The writ petition was taken up for consideration on 25th August, when accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner and the same was granted and the matter was fixed for further consideration on 1st September, 2023. Subsequently, on 1st September, again matter was called on when accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner to obtain instructions and the same was granted thereby matter was fixed on subsequent day.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.

Application, if any pending, also stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
