Re :CPAN/1165/2025 On behalf of the alleged contemnor a report dated 07.11.2025 is filed which is taken on record. Mr. Galib, Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor draws attention of this Court to page no. 9 of the report. It is submitted that the order as passed by this Court on 28.04.2025 is fully complied with.

On perusal of page no. 9 of the report filed today on behalf of the State it reveals that the writ petitioner has written a letter dated 08.11.2024 to the Additional District Magistrate, Murshidabad stating, inter alia, that pursuant to the aforementioned order a lease agreement has been executed in her favour in respect of the pond over Plot No. 610 in Mouza - Patenta over an area of 1.71 acres.

In view of such, there is nothing to be decided in the instant contempt application.

Accordingly, CPAN/1165/2025 is disposed of.
