Investigation is complete. It is also submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim was the wife of co-accused, Samiul Molla. Petitioner is the brother of said Samiul Molla. There are materials to show that there was quarrel between the victim and her husband. Thereafter she went missing from her matrimonial home. Her dead body was recovered on the next day. She had suffered homicidal death. Petitioner along with principal accused, Samiul Molla and

another were seen talking suspiciously on the date of disappearance of the victim.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
