Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions issued by the Officerin-Charge, Kharagpur (Local) Police Station addressed to the learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that investigation has been completed and charge sheet No.481/2023 has been filed.

Let a copy of the report be made available to the counsel for the petitioners.

The police shall ensure that the order of injunction passed by the civil Court is strictly enforced and complied with.

In view of the above, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.
