Mr. Anupam Hait .....for the petitioner Mr. Susanta Pal Mr. Aritra Ghosh ....for the State Mr. Apurba Ghanti Ms. Priti Jain .....for the respondent nos. 5 & 6 1) Pursuant to the order dated 13th August, 2025 Teacher-in-Charge of Panskura Girls' High School (HS), Purba Medinipur vide letter dated 15th August, 2025 forwarded three Managing Committee resolutions dated 15th January, 2025, 28th April, 2025 and 11th July, 2025. By adopting these resolutions prayer of the petitioner for sanctioning Child Care Leave as prayed for was refused. In this writ petition aforesaid resolutions of the Managing Committee are not questioned. 2) Therefore, validity of decision of the authority of Panskura Girls' High School (HS), Purba Medinipur thereby refusing to grant Child Care Leave as prayed for cannot be delved into in this writ petition.

3) Hence, writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file writ petition afresh questioning Managing Committee resolutions whereby prayer of the petitioner for sanctioning Child Care Leave was turned down.

4) All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
