Since, Mr. Kanodia learned advocate appearing for the petitioners by placing before this Court an order dated 13th September 2024 submits that the entire proceedings initiated vide show cause notice dated 29th May 2024 for the tax period 2019-20 has since been dropped, I am of the view that nothing survives in the present writ petition. Let a copy of the aforesaid order dated 13th September 2024 is retained with the record. 2.

In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 16057 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.
