Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of information having been sent to the police authorities no steps have been taken. According to the petitioner the same is an offence under the Information and Technology Act and cyber related offence but knowing fully well the police authorities did not take any steps.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Cyber Crime PS case no. 19/25 dated 10.07.2025 has already been registered for investigation.

The petitioner, as such is directed to communicate with the concerned police authorities so that the investigation of the case can be conducted effectively and taken to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15021 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
