Such being the position, he prays for an appropriate order for dismissal of the instant writ petition for non-prosecution.

Learned Advocate for the respondents has raised no objection to such prayer.

Prayer is considered and allowed.

Accordingly, WPA 14371 of 2014 along with interim applications being CAN 1 of 2022 and CAN 2 of 2023 is/are dismissed for non-prosecution. 7.
