Mr. Samrat Choudhury .....For the Petitioners Mr. Susovan Sengupta Mr. Sanatan Panja ......For the State Mr. Chandan Kumar Lal Mr. Pradeep Kumar .....For the Private Respondent No.3 The writ petition is directed against an order dated 24th February, 2023 passed by the First Labour Court in Computation Case No. 33 of 2019 invoking the jurisdiction under Section 33 C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

It is fairly submitted on behalf of the parties that during the pendency of this writ petition the Hon'ble Division Bench in FMA 835 of 2024 dated 8th January, 2025 has passed an order on the same issue raised in this writ petition.

On behalf of the private respondent it is submitted that the subsequent execution proceedings between the petitioner and private respondent have been amicably settled. A copy of the Memorandum of Understanding filed on behalf of the respondent no.3 is kept with the records.

In view of the above subsequent events which have transpired during the pendency of the writ petition. WPA 16263 of 2024 stands dismissed as infructuous. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties after completion of all necessary formalities.
