CPAN 684 of 2022 in W.P.A. 19241 of 2021 Mr. Saurav Sen Mr. Swapan Kr. Kar Ms. Adrisrata Chakraborty .... For the Petitioners Mr. T. M. Siddiqui Mr. N. Chatterjee .... For the alleged Contemnor Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The submission made on behalf of the alleged contemnor on the earlier occasion to the effect that the alleged contemnor has completed his part of compliance of the order and the matter is pending before the several other State functionaries has been recorded in the order passed on 8th February, 2023.

In view of the same, no fruitful purpose shall be served in keeping the contempt application pending since the alleged contemnor has substantially complied with the order under contempt.

The contempt application being CPAN 684 of 2022 is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. It is expected that the State authorities involved in the process of direct purchase of the plot in question shall take necessary steps to complete the process

within a short time, preferably within two months from date.

A copy of this order be communicated to all the State respondents at the earliest.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
