1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition expressing doubts that the community certificates issued to the private respondents are fake certificates.

2. The petitioner is not definite with his case and when the petitioner himself has filed this writ petition expressing doubt, the question of entertaining the relief sought for would not arise.

3. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, it will be well-open to the petitioner to pursue his representation before the concerned authority, if the petitioner is in possession of definite material.

4. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
