This case pertains to the year 2021. The petitioners have filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of New Township PS Case No.86 of 2021 dated 03.08.2021 under Sections 498A, 323, 406, 506, 384, 34 of IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the D.P. Act corresponding to GR Case No.1236 of 2021 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Durgapur, Paschim Burdwan.

In spite of filing this application in the year 2021, no one turned up to represent the petitioners. It indicates that the petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR 2024 of 2021 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
