The grievance of the petitioner is directed against inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in disposing of the representation dated December 26, 2023.

Pursuant to the order dated July 22, 2024, the State authorities have taken necessary instructions and submit that the representation would be disposed of within four weeks from date.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA No. 16383 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the representation dated December 26, 2023 within a

period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that there has been no observations on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities are to act in accordance with law.

With the above directions, WPA No. 16383 of 2024 stands disposed of.
