Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that there has been interference and disturbance created in the peaceful enjoyment of the property and the same is at the behest of the private respondents. Additionally it has been pointed out that the trees and the cultivated crops are being destroyed by the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the State submits that police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126/135(3) of the BNSS.

In view of the proceedings having been drawn up by the police authority they would continue surveillance and ensure that there is no breach of peace and tranquility and any untoward incident resulting from the inimical relationship

existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observation writ petition being WPA 15027 of 2025 is disposed of.
