Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the police authorities no steps have been taken. However, State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Canning PS case no. 477/25 have been registered for investigation.

Since a case already been registered for investigation, police authorities would unearth the truth and take the same to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15028 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
