Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of information furnished with the police authorities, no steps have been taken, as such, petitioner feels deprived and insecured.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there is a dispute relating to land and its encroachment. Police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the fact that the said report is of June, 2024, I direct that in case the petitioner faces similar inconveniences, petitioner will freshly approach the concerned police station who would assess regarding the accusations and take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16096 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
