This instant writ petition has been preferred seeking a direction upon the learned Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the contempt application being M.A. 52 of 2023, which was preferred alleging wilful violation of the order dated March 10, 2022, passed in O.A. 2517 of 2019.

During the course of hearing, referring to certain documents, Mr. Galib, learned advocate appearing for the State, submits, upon instruction, that in compliance of the order dated March 10, 2022 passed in O.A. 2517 of 2019, a proceeding, being Misc. Case No.: MISC13/2024 was commenced and the petitioner also participated in the said proceeding. The documents produced by Mr. Galib are taken on record.

In view thereof, since a proceeding has been initiated in compliance of the order passed in the original application, there is nothing more

to be decided in this matter. Accordingly, the present writ petition, as well as the contempt application being M.A. 52 of 2023 are disposed of.

Needless to say, the respondent no.4 shall dispose of the proceeding, being MISC-13/2024 by passing a reasoned order after affording an opportunity of hearing to all interested parties as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of this order. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
