State has submitted a report which reflects that there has been a dispute and the petitioner approached the learned Executive Magistrate. However, the said case being MP 1002 of 2025 has

been dropped.

The petitioner complains that the police authorities during the said period did not file any report, consequent to which the learned Executive Magistrate dropped the proceedings.

Learned advocate for the private respondents, on the other hand, submits that since the first party was absent, the said case was dropped.

Be that as it may, the police authorities would, in the circumstances, keep a strict vigil as also ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place.

So far as the other issues are concerned, the parties would settle their dispute before the learned jurisdictional civil court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15034 of 2025 is disposed of.

also disposed of.
