1. In terms of the order dated 13th August, 2025 District Inspector of Schools (SE) Purba Medinipur being respondent no. 5 has filed a report in the form of affidavit affirmed on 12th September, 2025 and same is taken on record. Copy of the report is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.

2. From the said report it appears that in terms of the order dated 19th July, 2024 more than one year back on 29th August, 2024 a memo was issued addressed to Headmaster/Headmistress/TIC of schools situate at Nandigram-I Block for giving name of willing teacher who can be deputed in the school of the petitioner to facilitate his transfer. However, after that though more than one year has passed but till date no further steps have been taken by the respondent no. 5 in order to make local arrangement in the

school of the petitioner in consideration of petitioner's transfer application.

3. Respondent no. 5 is directed to make continuous effort to find out teacher of neighbouring school who can be deputed in the school of the petitioner to facilitate petitioner's transfer. If teacher is found from neighbouring school who can be deputed in the school of the petitioner, petitioner shall be transferred immediately thereafter in accordance with law.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
