None appears on behalf of the petitioner. This matter is pending in the list since 1.5.2023 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. The petitioner has challenged the judgment dated 21.3.2015 of the Special Court, Durgapur in Criminal Motion No. 80 of 2011. By dint of the same, the Court has set aside Magistrate's order dated 20.8.2011. Fact remains that the Magistrate allowed the complaint to be returned back due to want of jurisdiction, which order was modified by the Sessions Judge. The petitioner accused person is aggrieved with the same on the ground that the order is devoid of due consideration of the law and thus is illegal.

He has prayed for setting aside of the same. On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 1991 of 2015 is dismissed. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
