This is an application under Section 482 of the Cr. P.C. filed by the petitioner for quashing of the entire proceedings drawn up in connection with C.R. Case No.1935 of 2009 presently pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Murshidabad. Learned Advocate-on-Record appearing on behalf of the petitioner is present and it is submitted that the petitioner does not want to proceed with this revisional application.
