Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioners be kept with the record.

Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that after the present writ petition was filed, police authorities acted on the representation dated 09.06.2025 and consequently registered a case.

However, a supplementary affidavit has been filed. Let the same be kept with the record. Petitioners complain that on 12th July, 2025 the younger son of the petitioner no.1 was mercilessly assaulted, consequent to which, he sustained grievous injuries.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Salboni P.S. Case No.182 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025 was registered for investigation on the basis of the information furnished on 09.06.2025.

As the petitioners have drawn the attention of the Court to a subsequent set of events wherein petitioners claim grievous injuries to have been committed at the behest of the private respondents, I direct the investigating officer of the case would take within its ambit the subsequent events wherein medical documents are available from Government hospital and the injuries which are appearing from the face of the records.

Having considered that the private respondents are adamant for taking law and order in their own hands, the Additional SP/SDPO in-Charge of Salboni P.S. would monitor Salboni P.S. Case No.182 of 2025 and ensure the safety and security of the petitioners and their family members. It is reiterated that the police authorities would ensure that no further untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15039 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
