1. In this writ petition, the writ petitioner seeks early disposal of O.A. 1277 of 2022 (M.A. 657 of 2022) (LRTT).

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the original application is pending since 2022. He submits that, the original application is being adjourned from time to time without any valid reason. He seeks a direction for early disposal of the original application particularly in view of the fact that the original applicant is a senior citizen.

3. State is represented.

4. The original application is pending since 2022.

5. There is an application filed before the learned Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the original application.

6. We perused the orders passed by the learned Tribunal. Apparently, the proceedings are being adjourned from time to time.

7. Original applicant is a senior citizen.

8. Next date fixed by the learned Tribunal is December 17, 2025.

9. In such circumstances, we request the learned Tribunal to hear and dispose of O.A. 1277 of 2022 preferably within a period of 6(six) months from December 17, without affording any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

10. WPLRT 104 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
