This is an application alleging violation of an order dated 15th January, 2025.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding a direction on the respondent authorities and more particularly the Pradhan being the respondent no. 6 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 5th August, 2024, there has been no compliance with the above direction. Despite service, the alleged contemnor remains unrepresented.

Ms. Jahanara Begum, Advocate, who usually appears on behalf of State is present in Court and is directed to represent the alleged contemnor.

The appointment of Ms. Begum be regularized by the Legal Remembrancer. A copy of the application for contempt is served on Ms. Begum.

Upon perusal of the above contents, Ms. Begum assures this Court that appropriate communication would be made with the alleged contemnor i.e., the Pradhan to ensure compliance with the order dated 15th January, 2025 positively within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

In view of the above submissions, the instant application being CPAN 1167 of 2025 in WPA 21339 of 2024 stands disposed of with a direction that the alleged contemnor i.e., the concerned Pradhan is to comply with the order dated 15th January, 2025 positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
