Upon perusal of the application filed before the Court of the learned Referee/Officer, appointed under the West Bengal Shops and Establishment Act, 1963, it would appear that Aegis Ltd. has been described as an Essar Enterprise, the parent organisation, having its office at Y16, Block - EP, Salt Lake City, Sector-V, Kolkata - 700091. Unfortunately, in the writ petition, an incomplete address has been provided insofar as, the respondent no.3 is concerned.
At this stage, Mr.
Gupta, learned advocate representing the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the aforesaid writ petition with liberty to file the aforesaid writ petition afresh, on the selfsame cause of action. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.
